Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Fee

• A non-refundable treatment fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is deducted from your total treatment cost. If treatment does not go ahead the treatment fee can be transferred to another treatment with 48 hours notice. 

2. Payment

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• Accepted payment methods include: cash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer.
• Treatment prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Appointment Time & Punctuality

• Please arrive on time for your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
• Consistent lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Medical Conditions & Client Consent

• All clients must complete a consultation form before treatment. You will be notified of this. 
• All new clients must have had a patch test 48 hours prior to laser hair removal treatment. 
• You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, skin concerns, allergies, sun exposure , fake tan or recent procedures (e.g. chemical peels, laser treatments, Botox) that may affect your treatment.
• Failure to disclose accurate health information may result in adverse reactions, and the provider cannot be held liable in such cases.
• Some treatments may be unsuitable for certain skin types or conditions. A patch test may be required.
• No bookings to be made if under the age of 18, I reserve the right to request proof of age.

• I am unable to undertake treatments if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are unsure please contact me prior to booking.

5. Suitability & Results

• Results vary between clients depending on skin type, hair type, lifestyle, and treatment area.
• No guarantee can be made regarding expected outcomes or the number of sessions needed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or delay treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Conduct

• Respectful conduct is expected at all times. Any abusive, inappropriate, or threatening behavior will result in termination of the appointment and future services may be denied.

7. Children & Guests

• Due to the nature of the treatments and for insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room. 

8. Service Satisfaction

• If you have any concerns about your treatment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue.
• No refunds are offered for services already provided, but corrective treatment may be offered at our discretion if appropriate.

9. Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items brought into the premises.

10. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for clients who repeatedly violate policies, no-show, arrive late, or act inappropriately.

11. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time. Significant updates will be communicated via the website or during booking.

12. Policy Agreement

• By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the Cancellation Policy.
