Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date cannot be extended except at management discretion.
2. Non-Refundable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full.
3. Transferable
Vouchers may be transferred to another person. However, all treatments remain subject to consultation and medical suitability.
4. Appointment Booking
Advance booking is required. Voucher reference details must be quoted at the time of booking.
5. Consultation & Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation, medical history review, and where required, patch testing. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.
6. Late Cancellations & No Shows
Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations may result in the voucher being voided or the treatment value deducted.
7. Partial Use
If the full value of the voucher is not used in one visit, the remaining balance may be used within the original validity period.
8. Price Changes
If treatment prices increase after voucher purchase, the voucher will be honoured at the monetary value paid.
9. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
The clinic cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
10. Course Treatments
Where a voucher is redeemed against a course of treatments, the course must be started within the validity period. Once commenced, treatments should be completed within a clinically appropriate timeframe as advised.
